I started my shop in 2022, it was always my dream as a little girl to create art dolls for life.

OOAK means one of a kind, each doll is unique in their own way. Each doll is handmade by me (Kara), and is one of a kind.

I practiced for about 1-2 years before I felt comfortable enough to start selling them. I've always loved dolls since I was a little girl and I started customizing my dolls when I was about 10  (around 2013) but then stopping around 13 as I started to get older I was nervous what other people would think. I got back into customizing dolls when I was 17 and slowly felt more comfortable posting. I have gotten so much support on my art and I am so grateful for all of it, I can't wait to create more dolls for you all, (commissions and personal ideas.) If you are thinking of customizing your own dolls or collecting them, then do it! I self taught myself through YouTube videos and reading articles.

I'll take an old doll and customize them into an art doll. I handmade all of the clothes except when I use old doll clothes and customize those if they need it. I hand paint/hand draw all of the faces. Each doll needs a different amount of work, some need new hair or sometimes the hair can be restored. Some dolls have hand drawn tattoos and body blushing, I hope you enjoy seeing the different dolls I've created:)
