OOAK stands for one of a kind. Each doll is a handmade one of a kind doll. Each doll is handmade by the artist (Kara Nichols) by taking an old play line doll and customizing it into a collectable art doll.

If you don’t see an update, feel free to contact me on the home page. Usually, I’ll reopen custom order slots every few months.

Once they are placed I'll let you know if I have the materials or if I need to order them. After they arrive I will update you and then it takes 1-3 weeks to complete the doll. Overall ranging 2-4 weeks.

All sales are final sale, returns are not accepted. If your doll is damaged while in your care and you'd like it repaired, contact me and we can discuss the damage and cost.

Products are handmade in Madison, WI. Then shipped with USPS, if you prefer a different method for custom orders, just let me know.

For each order, I add insurance of the total price the buyer paid. If something happens, where the package is officially lost in transit, I will issue a refund and file a claim. That way, the buyer can receive the refund right away and the insurance will hopefully compensate me.

The insurance is added on out of pocket, so when purchasing a doll, you will pay the normal shipping price, and I will pay the extra insurance.
